Operating Model:
Hallam FM makes it money through use of advertising. For example on their website the background and adverts on the top of the page and lower right hand side can have the same advertising campaign for example Heinz would pay Bauer to market their product and as a result the webpage . Key terms:

Production - the process of making a media text
Distribution - the process of getting a media text to the audience and this includes the marketing/promotion and advertising of the physical distribution or broadcasting  of the text
