Hallam FM is an independent radio station that plays adult contemporary music. They are apart of Bauer media (a big cross media conglomerate) in their place network which is more locally based network in comparison with Bauer's passion network which is on a more national level.

Operating Model:
Hallam FM makes it money through use of advertising. For example on their website the background and adverts on the top of the page and lower right hand side can have the same advertising campaign for example Heinz would pay Bauer to market their product and as a result the webpage .
